(III)  POSITIONED AND COLORED TO DISTINGUISH IT
FROM INCOME TAX MATERIAL.

[(2)] (3) For income verification, the Comptroller
shall;

(i) cooperate with the Department in adopting a
procedure to audit the application forms; and

(ii) notwithstanding Article 81, § 300 of the
Code, supply the Department, with additional information.

[(3)](4) The Comptroller shall assist the Department
in a post audit of each application.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1988.

(Senate Bill 128)

AN ACT concerning

State Procurement - Nondiscrimination Requirements

FOR the purpose of prohibiting employment discrimination on the
basis of age by contractors as a condition of qualification
for State procurement contracts; providing for the
termination of certain provisions of this Act; and providing
for a delayed effective date for certain other provisions of
this Act.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
