(1) BY REGULATION, THE COMPTROLLER SHALL ESTABLISH (2) TO QUALIFY FOR A TRIP PERMIT FOR A COMMERCIAL (3) FEES FOR TRIP PERMITS ARE IN LIEU OF THE MOTOR (D) TERM OF IDENTIFICATION MARKER AND TRIP PERMIT. (1) A COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION MARKER (2) A TRIP PERMIT IS VALID FOR THE 25 CONSECUTIVE (3) IF A COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLE DISPLAYS A VALID REVISOR'S NOTE: Subsections (a), (b)(2), (c), and (d) of Subsection (b)(1) of this section is standard language In subsection (c)(1) of this section, the former reference to furnishing evidence to the "motor carrier and vehicle" is deleted as unnecessary in light of § - 244 -
