(a)   When registered with the Administration, every bus
operated under charter or for hire is a Class P (passenger bus)
vehicle.

(b)  For each Class P (passenger bus) vehicle, the annual
registration fee is based on the seating capacity of the bus, as
follows:

SECTION 3 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That:

(a)  Subject to the provisions of subsection (b) of this
section, upon application, the Administration shall refund to the
owner of a Class F (tractor) vehicle, 25% registered under §
13-923 of the Transportation Article, a portion of the excise tax
paid by that owner on that vehicle if:

(1) That vehicle was titled and registered in this
State and the excise tax on that vehicle was paid on or after
April 1, 1987; and

(2) That vehicle was continuously registered to that
owner in this State through May 15, 1989.

(b) (1) The Administration shall only refund an amount that
exceeds $10.

(2) The amount refunded shall be:
