months will cause the Fund to be reduced below $500,000 the
Director shall notify each self-insured employer, each insurance
carrier, and the State Accident Fund that the contributions are
to be resumed as of a specified date and to continue until the
amount of the Fund again totals $1,000,000.
(5) Notwithstanding the limit on the Fund balance
provided in paragraph (4) of this subsection, if the Board
determines that reserves are inadequate to meet anticipated
losses, it may direct the Commission to assess an additional 1
percent under subsection (c)(3) of this section.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1988.

AN ACT concerning
Vehicle Laws - Street Rods - Special Registration Numbers
FOR the purpose of authorizing an owner of a Class N (street rod)
vehicle to apply to the Motor Vehicle Administration for a
special, personalized registration number; providing certain
procedures relating to the application for, and issuance of,
a special, personalized registration number for a Class N
(street rod) vehicle; altering the registration fee for
Class N street rod) vehicles; and generally relating to
special, personalized registration numbers for registration
of Class N (street rod) vehicles.
