[(4)] (5) Charge and collect reasonable application
and processing fees, and other charges, fees, or reimbursements
incidental to loans;
[(5)] (6) Adopt, and amend from time to time, in
accordance with statutory requirements, regulations governing all
aspects of the operation of the program.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1988.

AN ACT concerning
Hunting on Private Land
FOR the purpose of broadening the prohibition against coming to
hunt on lands owned by another person without permission;
broadening the prohibition against coming to hunt on lands
owned by another person without certain written permission
in Allegany, Baltimore, Calvert, Cecil, Charles, Frederick,
Garrett, Harford, Montgomery, Prince George's, St. Mary's,
and Washington counties; requiring a person who comes to
hunt on land in Anne Arundel County owned by another person
to obtain written permission of the landowner or certain
other persons; imposing liability in certain circumstances
on a person hunting on private land in Anne Arundel County;
protecting a landowner in Anne Arundel County from certain
liabilities; requiring a person who comes to hunt deer by
certain means on land in Anne Arundel County owned by
another person to obtain written permission of the landowner
or certain other persons; providing for the exhibition of
certain written permission forms at certain times; providing
for the arrest of certain persons under certain conditions;
providing certain penalties for a person who hunts with
certain weapons on land in Anne Arundel County owned by
another person without obtaining certain permission from
certain persons; making stylistic corrections; and generally
relating to hunting without certain permission on land owned
by another person.
