(B) IN AN ACTION FOR AN INJUNCTION UNDER THIS SECTION, ANY
FINDING OF THE BOARD AFTER A HEARING IS PRIMA FACIE EVIDENCE OF
EACH FACT THE BOARD DETERMINES.
(C) ON A SHOWING THAT A PERSON IN VIOLATING OR IS ABOUT TO
VIOLATE ANY PROVISION OF THIS SUBTITLE, A COURT SHALL GRANT AN
INJUNCTION WITHOUT REQUIRING A SHOWING OF A LACK OF AN ADEQUATE
REMEDY AT LAW.
(D) (B) AN ACTION FOR AN INJUNCTION UNDER THIS SECTION IS
IN ADDITION TO, AND NOT INSTEAD OF, DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS TAKEN
UNDER § 2-310 OF THE THIS SUBTITLE OR THE IMPOSITION OF CIVIL
PENALTIES UNDER § 2-310.1 OF THIS SUBTITLE.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1988.

AN ACT concerning
Center for the Study of the Health Effects of Fire
FOR the purpose of creating a Center for the Study of the Health
Effects of Fire, to be directed by the Chief Medical
Examiner of the State; creating an Advisory Council to the
Center; specifying the membership and appointment
requirements for the Advisory Council; defining a term;
authorizing the adoption of certain regulations under
certain conditions; establishing certain duties of the Chief
Medical Examiner, the Center, and the Advisory Council;
requiring certain reports to the Secretary of Health and
Mental Hygiene and the General Assembly; requiring that
certain information be confidential; prohibiting the use of
certain information in a civil or criminal action for
certain purposes; and generally relating to the creation of
a Center for the Study of the Health Effects of Fire and the
Advisory Council.
BY adding to

Section 18-701 through 18-711, inclusive, to be under the
new subtitle "Subtitle 7. Center for the Study of
the Health Effects of Fire"
