AN ACT concerning

State Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners - Injunctive Relief

FOR the purpose of authorizing the State Board of Veterinary
Medical Examiners to seek injunctive relief under certain
circumstances; providing that a finding of the Board is
prima facie evidence under certain circumstances; providing

certain grounds for a court to grant an injunction,

providing that an injunctive action is not an exclusive
remedy; and generally relating to the authority of the State
Board of Veterinary Medical Examiners to seek injunctive
relief.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That Section(s) 2-315 of Article - Agriculture of the
Annotated Code of Maryland be renumbered to be Section(s) 2-316.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of
Maryland read as follows:

(A) THE BOARD MAY BRING AN ACTION FOR AN INJUNCTION AGAINST
A PERSON WHO VIOLATES ANY PROVISION OF THIS SUBTITLE.
