are eligible under Section 2 of this Act to have waived the
examination and supervised clinical or research experience
required under § 4.5-302 of the Health Occupations Article.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is an
emergency measure, is necessary for the immediate preservation of
the public health and safety, has been passed by a yea and nay
vote supported by three-fifths of all the members elected to each
of the two Houses of the General Assembly, and shall take effect
from the date it is enacted. It shall remain effective for a
period of one year, and, at the end of June 30, 1989, from the
date of enactment, and at the end of the one-year period, and
with no further action required by the General Assembly, this Act
shall be abrogated and of no further force and effect.

FOR the purpose of clarifying the authority of the housing
authority to sell bonds at public or private sale in a
certain manner and on certain terms; and eliminating certain
obsolete language.

MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

(b) [For a period of two years ending June 30, 1977, bonds]
BONDS may be sold either at public or private sale in such manner
and upon such terms as shall be authorized by resolution of the
authority.
