LAWS OF MARYLAND

(I) WITH ANOTHER OFFENSE ARISING OUT OF THE
SAME CIRCUMSTANCES BUT NOT WITHIN THE DISTRICT COURT'S
JURISDICTION; OR

(II) IN THE CIRCUIT COURT WITH AN OFFENSE
ARISING OUT OF THE SAME CIRCUMSTANCES AND WITHIN THE CONCURRENT
JURISDICTIONS OF THE DISTRICT COURT AND THE CIRCUIT COURT
DESCRIBED UNDER SUBSECTION (C) OF THIS SECTION.

(2) IN THE CASES DESCRIBED UNDER PARAGRAPH (1) OF
THIS SUBSECTION, THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR THE COUNTY HAS EXCLUSIVE
ORIGINAL JURISDICTION OVER ALL THE OFFENSES.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1988.

AN ACT concerning

Charles County - Property Tax Credits - Agricultural
Preservation Districts

FOR the purpose of authorizing the governing body of Charles
County to grant a property tax credit against Charles County
taxes for certain agricultural land, including farm
improvements, located in an agricultural preservation
district.
