relatives, who live together at the time of an act of abuse.

(2) SPOUSES WHO ARE SEPARATED AT THE TIME OF AN ACT
OF ABUSE BUT HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO REENTER DUE TO THE FORM OF
OWNERSHIP IN WHICH THE HOUSEHOLD IS MAINTAINED.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1988.

AN ACT concerning

Privileged Communications - News Media

FOR the purpose of prohibiting a person, employed by the news
media in any news gathering or news disseminating capacity,
from being compelled to disclose the source of any news or
information, or any news or information procured for
communication to the public but which is not so communicated
in whole or in part; allowing a court, under certain
circumstances, to compel disclosure of specific news or
information that was obtained by certain persons for
specific purposes; prohibiting certain protections from
compelled disclosure from being waived under specific
circumstances; defining certain terms; and generally
relating to privileged communications.
