be and they are hereby repealed.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section 2 of
this Act may not be construed to affect any provisions
transferred to the Session Laws or other articles of the Code by

Chapter ____ (S.B. 1) of the Acts of the General Assembly of

1988.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section(s)
10-307(d) through (g), 10-804(c), 13-403, 13-404, and 13-406
through 13-414, respectively, of the Tax - General Article of the

Annotated Code of Maryland (as enacted by Chapter ____ (S.B. 1)

of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1988) be renumbered to be
Section(s) 10-307(c) through (f), 10-804 10-804(e), 13-404,
13-405, and 13-407 through 13-415, respectively.

SECTION 5. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That, in accordance
with Section 2 of Chapter 700 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of 1987, which enacted Article 81, § 411-I to remain effective
for 2 years and to be abrogated at the end of June 30, 1989,
Section(s) 9-603 of Article 24 — Political Subdivisions -
Miscellaneous Provisions of the Annotated Code of Maryland (as

enacted by Chapter ____ (S.B. 1) of the Acts of the General

Assembly of 1988) be repealed effective July 1, 1989. If,
however, the General Assembly extends either Article 81, § 411-I
or Article 24, § 9-603, this Section shall be abrogated and of no
further force and effect.

SECTION 6. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That, subject to the
approval of the Director of the Department of Legislative
