operating, the Task Forces shall be given an opportunity to
review and comment on the changes before they are proposed as new
regulations.

SECTION 3 4 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section 1
of this Act shall take effect June 1, 1988.

SECTION 4 5 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That Section 2
of this Act shall take effect July 1, 1989.

providing certain exemptions from certain taxes; altering
certain vehicle registration fees; providing for the
effective date of this Act; and generally relating to road
