PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PROGRAM (A) IN THIS SUBTITLE, THE FOLLOWING WORDS HAVE THE MEANINGS (B) "DIVISION" MEANS THE AUTOMOTIVE SAFETY ENFORCEMENT (C) "EQUIPMENT" INCLUDES ALL MECHANISMS THAT FORM PART OF (D) "VEHICLE" MEANS ANY VEHICLE REGISTERED IN THIS STATE (1) A CLASS E (TRUCK) VEHICLE WITH A REGISTERED OR (2) A CLASS F (TRACTOR) VEHICLE; (3) A CLASS G (FREIGHT TRAILER OR FREIGHT (4) A CLASS P (PASSENGER BUS) VEHICLE. (A) AN OWNER OF A VEHICLE SHALL HAVE THE VEHICLE INSPECTED, (B) A VEHICLE SHALL MEET OR EXCEED THE STANDARDS AND (C) A VEHICLE MAY NOT BE OPERATED UNLESS AT ALL TIMES IT (1) A RECORD OF THE MOST RECENT INSPECTION, INCLUDING (2) VEHICLE IS MAINTAINED UNDER A PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PLAN APPROVED BY THE ADMINISTRATION AND THE DIVISION.------------------------------ 23-303.
