AN ACT concerning

Somerset County - Sale of Jail Property
SC 8-88

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Somerset County Commissioners
to sell at fair market value certain property owned by the
County to the Town' of Princess Anne.

Section 2-406

Article 20 - Public Local Laws of Maryland

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 20 - Somerset County

THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS MAY SELL AT FAIR MARKET VALUE
PROPERTY OWNED BY THE COUNTY AND INTENDED FOR USE FOR JAIL
PURPOSES LOCATED ADJACENT TO THE PRINCESS ANNE INDUSTRIAL PARK TO
THE TOWN OF PRINCESS ANNE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1988.
