AN ACT concerning

Carroll County - Water Resources Program

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Carroll County Commissioners
to develop, administer, and enforce a program to protect
ground and surface waters; authorizing the appointment of a
Water Resources Commission; defining the functions of the
Commission; authorizing penalties for certain violations,
and providing certain restrictions on the county's program;
subjecting certain county ordinances, regulations,
resolutions, and policies to the advice and consent of
certain State officials; and generally relating to the
Carroll County Water Resources Program.
