AN ACT concerning

Office of the State's Attorneys' Coordinator - Location

FOR the purpose of repealing a requirement that the office of the
State's Attorneys' Coordinator be located at the University
of Maryland School of Law; and making a stylistic change.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 10 - Attorneys At Law And Attorneys In Fact

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 10 - Attorneys At Law And Attorneys In Fact

41A.

(a) (1) The office of State's Attorneys' Coordinator is
created.

(2) The State's Attorneys' Coordinator shall be
appointed by the State's Attorneys' Coordination Council and
serves at the pleasure of Council. [The location of the office of
State's Attorneys' Coordinator shall be at the University of
Maryland School of Law.]

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1988.
