AN ACT concerning

Rental Housing Production Program -
Limited Equity Cooperatives

FOR the purpose of defining rental housing to include buildings
owned by a cooperative corporation in order to allow housing
projects owned by such corporation to be financed under the
rental housing production program; and generally relating to
the rental housing production program.

FOR the purpose of defining "limited equity cooperative housing";
modifying the definition of "rental housing production
project"; prohibiting tenants of facilities being converted
to limited equity cooperative housing from being required to
vacate under certain circumstances; making stylistic
changes; and generally relating to the Rental Housing
Production Program.
