WILLIAM DONALD SCHAEFER, Governor Ch. 64 CHAPTER 64 (House Bill 195) AN ACT concerning State Board of Inspection of Horse Riding Stables - FOR the purpose of authorizing the Board of Inspection of Horse BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article - Agriculture Section 2-715 Annotated Code of Maryland (1985 Replacement Volume and 1987 Supplement) SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article - Agriculture 2-715. After a hearing, the Board may suspend or revoke the license (1) Fails to provide suitable food, water, and (2) Maintains an unsanitary or unfit stable; (3) Fails to provide suitable saddles, bridles, (4) Allows unfit horses to be used for riding or (5) Refuses to allow a member of the Board to enter (6) Obstructs any member of the Board in the (7) Commits an act of cruelty or torture, as those - 1833 -
