(House Bill 167)

AN ACT concerning

Washington County - Electricians - Insurance

FOR the purpose of substituting a requirement for insurance to
replace bonding requirements as a condition for obtaining or
renewing certain electricians' licenses in Washington
County; requiring that the insurance provides a certain
minimum coverage for bodily injury and property damage;
providing for a certain exemption; requiring that any person
working under the authority of a certain license be an
employee and work under the direct supervision of the
licensed master electrician; and generally relating to the
licensing requirements of an electrician in Washington
County.
