67.

(h) In Howard County, if a license is refused, no further
application shall be considered from the applicant or for the
premises for a period of [7 months] 1 YEAR from the date of the
[public hearing] FIRST REFUSAL. If a subsequent application by
the same applicant or for the same premises is again refused
within the 2-year period immediately following the date of the
first refusal, no further application shall be considered from
that applicant or for those premises, as the case may be, until
this 2-year period has elapsed.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1988.

AN ACT concerning

Howard County - Hunting - Use of Artificial Lights
Ho. Co. 509-88

FOR the purpose of exempting Howard County from the provision of
law that permits the casting of rays of artificial light
from a vehicle for certain nonhunting purposes under certain
circumstances.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
