14-506. MISREPRESENTATION IN CERTIFICATION.

A BIDDER OR OFFEROR MAY NOT MISREPRESENT ANY INFORMATION
CONTAINED IN THE CERTIFICATION REQUIRED UNDER THIS SUBTITLE.

PENALTIES.

A BIDDER OR OFFEROR WHO WILLFULLY VIOLATES ANY PROVISION OF
THIS SUBTITLE IS GUILTY OF A MISDEMEANOR AND ON CONVICTION IS
SUBJECT TO A FINE NOT EXCEEDING $1,000 OR IMPRISONMENT NOT
EXCEEDING 3 MONTHS.
