14-107. LISTS OF SUPPLIES AND SERVICES OF SHELTERED WORKSHOPS.

PERIODICALLY THE PRICING AND SELECTION COMMITTEE FOR
REHABILITATION AND EMPLOYMENT CENTERS PROGRAMS SHALL:

(1)  REVISE ITS LIST OF SUPPLIES AND SERVICES THAT
SHELTERED WORKSHOPS PROVIDE; AND

(2)  SEND THE LIST TO THE SECRETARY OF GENERAL
SERVICES AND EACH PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR BUYING SUPPLIES OR
SERVICES FOR THE STATE OR A STATE AIDED OR CONTROLLED ENTITY:

(I) THE LIST; AND

(II) THE PRICES OF SUPPLIES AND SERVICES SET BY
THAT COMMITTEE.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This section is new language derived
without substantive change from former SF § ll-142(c).

The introductory word of this section,
" [periodically", is added to state expressly that the
Committee must distribute the current list. Under the
former law, the list was to be revised "periodically",
but no time limit applied to distribution.

In the introductory language of item (2) of this
section, the defined term "State aided or controlled
entity" is substituted for the former reference to
"the above-mentioned institutions", for clarity.
