Ch. 48

LAWS OF MARYLAND

(F) TRANSPORTATION UNIT.
"TRANSPORTATION UNIT" MEANS:

(1)  THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION;

(2)  ANY UNIT IN THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION; OR

(3)  THE MARYLAND TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY.

REVISOR'S NOTE: This subsection is new language derived
without substantive change from former SF § ll-149(c).

REVISOR'S NOTE TO SECTION: Former SF §§ 11-149(b) and
ll-167(b), which defined "[a]rchitectural services and
engineering services" to mean "architectural services,
engineering services, or both", are deleted as
unnecessary since a reference, in this subtitle, to
either type of service is referred to specifically as
"architectural services" or "engineering services".

13-302. GENERAL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES SELECTION BOARD.

(A)  ESTABLISHED.

THERE IS A GENERAL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES SELECTION BOARD IN
THE DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES.
