THIS ARTICLE shall file with the Secretary an inventory of the
supplies in its possession.

(2) The [using agency] UNIT shall submit the
inventory to the Secretary at least once a year.

REVISOR'S NOTE: Ch. ___, Acts of 1988, which enacted

Division II of this article, amended subsections (a)
and (b)(1) and (2) of this section to substitute the
references to a "unit that procures supplies under
Division II of this article" and "unit" for the former
term "using agency". See revisor's note to § 4-304 of
this subtitle.

4-307.

The Secretary shall provide a copy of each award for
supplies to the requisitioning [using agency] UNIT.

substitute the word "unit" for the former term "using
agency". See revisor's note to § 4-304 of this
subtitle. In this section, the words "that procures
supplies under Division II of this article" are
omitted in light of the word "requisitioning" and the
substantive requirements of this subtitle.

4-310.

Except as otherwise specifically provided by law, each
[using agency] UNIT OF THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH OF THE STATE
GOVERNMENT shall purchase all supplies through or with the
approval of the Secretary.

REVISOR'S NOTE: Ch. ___, Acts of 1988, which enacted

Division II of this article, amended this section to
substitute the words "unit of the Executive Branch of
the State government" for the former term "using
agency". See revisor's note to § 4-304 of this
subtitle. This substitution reflects the former
definition of "State agency", which was incorporated
by reference in the former definition of "using
agency". In this section, the words "that procures
supplies under Division II of this article" are
omitted as unnecessary in light of the introductory
clause of this section.
