33.02.00.04 General Administration -
State

To become available immediately
upon passage of this budget to
supplement the appropriation for
fiscal year 1988 to expand the
independent living programs for
Title IV-E eligible foster
children to help foster teenagers
move from dependency to
independence. Federal grants to
increase the utilization and
comprehensiveness of health care
services for foster children in
Baltimore City and develop and
expand an information and
referral service related to
school age day care are also
available.
