It is the intent of the budget committees that
no funds shall be expended for any job or
position of employment in excess of 15
positions. Further, no funds shall be
expended to upgrade any job or position
identified in Supplemental Budget No. 1 and
transferred to create the Office for Human
Development with the exception of 1 Special
Assistant I position that is scheduled to be
reclassified to an Executive Assistant IV
position.

11 of the printed bill (first
reading file bill), to be
inserted immediately following
line 33, to provide positions and
funds for the Office for Human
Development to provide planning
and policy coordination in the
areas of health, human resources,
aging, and children and youth.
