36.01.02.07 Handicapped Children
General Fund Appropriation,

provided that up to $750,000 may
be used for a broad range of
services to assist in the return
of handicapped children to
Maryland or the prevention of new
Out-of-State placements of
handicapped children and that
these funds are not limited to
expenditures considered part of
the General State School Fund,
and further provided. that
$6,250,000 to increase the
funding for public school
handicapped programs shall be
distributed in accordance with
recommendations of the Governor's
Task Force to Study the Funding
of Special Education.............
