DEPARTMENT OF LICENSING AND REGULATION
OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY

It is the intent of the General Assembly that funds shall not
be expended by the Department of Licensing and Regulation
in fiscal year 1989 for the purpose of economic
development, boosterism or promotional activities. The
primary mission of the department is to protect the public
and professional community from fraud and violation of the
occupational and business licensing statutes of the State.
