from this program or purpose
without the approval of the

Management shall develop, design,
test and accept a statewide Child
Support Enforcement System (CSES)
and shall report regularly to the
Joint Budget and Audit Committee
on all the major phases of
development and design for its

review. Prior to statewide

implementation, the committee
shall review the final design;
whereupon, all subdivisions in
the State who contract with the
administration for collection and
enforcement services shall
