pay for services provided by this
program. Authorization is hereby
granted to use these receipts as
special funds for operating
expenses in this program.

It is the intent of the General
Assembly that, upon closure of
the Highland Health Mental
Retardation Unit, 85.5 positions
assigned there be abolished. It
is the further intent that 85.5
positions not be transferred from
Highland to any other program or
purpose.
