General Fund Appropriation.........

It is the intent of the General
Assembly that, upon transfer of
the Highland Health Psychiatric
Unit to a private hospital, the
75.5 positions assigned there be

abolished. It is the further

intent that none of the 75.5

positions be transferred from

Highland to any other program or

purpose.

It is the intent of the General

Assembly that, before

transferring any positions out of
the Highland Health Psychiatric
Unit, the department obtain the

approval of the budget

committees.
