purpose of enhancing or matching
federal funds for community

Furthermore, all appropriations

earmarked for direct care

services under this program may
only be used for that purpose and

may not be used for

administration of the program.
All funds remaining at the close
of June 30, 1989 shall revert to
the general fund.

Furthermore, no funds appropriated
for community mental health
services may be spent for
extended residential facilities.
