Division of Community Assistance:
036 (b) Provide funds for energy
conservation in State hospitals
and public educational facilities.
For State hospitals and State
educational facilities, these
general funds will be used to
match the Federal grants on an
equal and matching basis. For
public community colleges and
public elementary and secondary
schools, these funds will be used
to match on an equal basis with
the local government any Federal
grants for energy conservation.
