General Fund Appropriation,
provided that no funds may be

expended for handicapped

accessibility until the Office
presents an expenditure plan for
this program and the budget
committees release the funds.

Further provided that the

appropriation for the General
Construction Loan Contingency Fund
shall be reduced by $500,000
contingent upon the enactment of
S.B. 397.

Further provided that the

appropriation for the State Fair
Board may only be used to provide
a 50% matching grant to the State
Fair Board for preparation of a
site for an exhibition area. It is
the intent of the General Assembly
that no additional State funds be
appropriated for this project.

Further provided that no funds may
be expended for Juvenile Services
Agency grants until the Agency
presents an expenditure plan for
this program and the budget
committees release the funds.
