Assembly that staff assistance
for the Commission may be
provided by contractual employees
or by consulting services as
determined by the Chairman of the
Commission after consultation
with the Secretary of Budget and
Fiscal Planning.
Further provided that if the
commission is not continued as
set forth in the letter creating
the commission, the $225,000
appropriated for the commission
shall not be expended and shall
revert to the general fund.......

It is the intent of the budget
committees that the Commission on
State Taxes and Tax Structure
shall submit a status report on
the progress of the Commission to
the General Assembly on January 1
of each year beginning in 1989
for the life of this study.
