Chapter 525 of the Acts of 1987

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the terms of the
initial members of the Telecommunications for Disabled
Individuals Board shall expire as determined by lot, as follows:

(1)  3 members   in   [1988] 1989;

(2)  3 members   in   [1989] 1990;

(3)  3 members   in   [1990] 1991; and

(4)  2 members   in   [1991] 1992.

This corrects expiration dates for the initial members
of the Telecommunications for Disabled Individuals
Board to reflect the amended effective date of Ch.
525, Acts of 1987.

Chapter 547 of the Acts of 1987

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That:

(3) The cash proceeds of the sale of the bonds shall
be paid to the Treasurer and first shall be applied to the
payment of the expenses of issuing, selling, and delivering the
bonds, unless funds for this purpose are otherwise provided, and
then shall be credited on the books of the Comptroller and
expended, on approval by the Board of Public Works, for the
following public purposes, including any applicable architects'
and engineers' fees: as a grant to the Board of County
Commissioners of Garrett County for the [revovation] RENOVATION,
rehabilitation, and reconstruction of the interior and exterior
of the old Garrett County Courthouse.
