AN ACT concerning

Assessments and Taxation - Appeal of Penalty

FOR the purpose of providing that a certain penalty assessed by
the Department of Assessments and Taxation for failure to
submit a certain annual report may be appealed to the
Department; providing for an appeal period; repealing
certain provisions relating to the abatement or reduction of
certain penalties; providing for the effective date of this
Act; and generally relating to the penalty for failure to
submit certain annual reports.
