Ch. 170                                  LAWS OF MARYLAND

(G) THE HOURS AND DAYS THAT A HOLDER MAY EXERCISE THE
PRIVILEGES OF SALE UNDER THIS LICENSE ARE THE SAME AS A CLASS B
(ON-SALE) BEER, WINE AND LIQUOR LICENSE IN BALTIMORE COUNTY.

(H) THE BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS SHALL ADOPT
REGULATIONS NECESSARY FOR THE ISSUANCE OF THIS LICENSE.

(I) (1) THE MAXIMUM NUMBER OF LICENSES AVAILABLE FOR
ISSUANCE IS 18.

(2) OF THE MAXIMUM NUMBER AVAILABLE, 6 LICENSES MAY
BE ISSUED EACH YEAR FOR 3 YEARS.

(J) THIS LICENSE MAY BE ISSUED IN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES LICENSE THAT THE APPLICANT HOLDS.

(K) AN INDIVIDUAL OR CORPORATION IS LIMITED TO A MAXIMUM OF
3 CLASS BDR (DELUXE RESTAURANT) (ON-SALE) LICENSES.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.

AN ACT concerning

Charles County - Board of Community College Trustees -

Terms of Members

FOR the purpose of establishing the terms of the members of the
Board of Trustees of Charles County Community College;
providing that the incumbent members of the Board of
Trustees of Charles County Community College serve out their
terms and continue to hold office until their successors are
appointed and qualified; limiting the number of consecutive
terms that a member may serve; providing for a delayed
effective date; and generally relating to the terms of the
members of the Board of Trustees of Charles County Community
College.
