(f)  The [several bailiffs] SHERIFF, municipal police
officers and all other prosecuting and peace officers of Wicomico
County shall be strictly charged with the enforcement of this
section.

(g)  Any organization refusing to file the report set forth
in subsection (b)(3) herein or failing to comply with the
provisions of this section shall forfeit its right to the
issuance of any license for the period of one year.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is
declared to be an emergency measure and necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public health and safety and having
been passed by a yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths of
all the members elected to each of the two Houses of the General
Assembly, it shall take effect from the date of its passage.

Queen Anne's County - Notice of Tax Sales

FOR the purpose of requiring that in Queen Anne's County the
notice of tax sales shall be published a certain number of
times, once a week for a certain number of successive weeks;
and making this Act an emergency measure.
