(j) The legal and court costs incurred by the trustee

pursuant to any court review under subsection (g)(4) or (h) of

this section shall be charged against trustees' fees and may not
be assumed by the trust or the beneficiaries.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.

Reports - Interceptions of Wire or Oral Communications

FOR the purpose of specifying that the State Prosecutor must make
certain annual reports on applications and orders for
interceptions of wire and oral communications; clarifying
the time when judges must report on applications and orders
for interceptions; and making certain stylistic changes.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

The Attorney General, State Prosecutor, or any State's
Attorney may apply to a judge of competent jurisdiction, and the
judge, in accordance with the provisions of § 10-408 of this
[article] SUBTITLE, may grant an order authorizing the
interception of wire or oral communications by investigative or
law enforcement officers when the interception may provide or has
provided evidence of the commission of the offense of murder,
kidnapping, gambling, robbery, any felony punishable under the
"Arson and Burning" subheading of Article 27 of this Code,
bribery, extortion, or dealing in controlled dangerous
