maintenance by registrars or transfer agents of records of owners
of bonds, complying with the standard record date system for
payment of interest, issuing bonds on the basis of book entries
and certificates, and complying with requirements for the form of
bond that is acceptable to central depositories used in the
marketing and trading of municipal bond issues.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects an erroneous deletion of a
cross-reference from Article 29, § 4-101(a)(2)(ii).

The cross-reference to Article 31 of the Code was
erroneously deleted in Ch. 5 of the Acts of 1986.

The erroneous deletion was noted by the legal staff of
the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission.

(e) (2) The report shall:

(i) Identify the project;

(ii) Specify the dates of approval;

(iii) Indicate the current status of the
project with an estimate of the date of completion of
construction;

(iv) Indicate if the project is the subject of
a material change and any amendment that is required under the
provisions of [§ 7-106 of this title] THIS SECTION; and

(v) For approved projects in Montgomery County,
indicate changes in the last estimated construction costs and
modifications in locations, sizes, and lengths of construction
items.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects a stylistic error in an
internal reference in Article 29, § 7-106(e)(2).

The stylistic error occurred in Ch. 767 of the Acts of
1982.
