Ch. 146 LAWS OF MARYLAND in a paternity proceeding, to a person who resides BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article - Family Law Section 5-1011 Annotated Code of Maryland (1984 Volume and 1986 Supplement) SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article - Family Law 5-1011. (a) If the complainant is the Administration, or a person (1) the Attorney General; (2) the State's Attorney, if the State's Attorney has (3) a qualified lawyer representing the (B) FOR PURPOSES OF PROVIDING LEGAL REPRESENTATION IN A [(b)] (C) A complainant under this section is not required to prepay court costs.
[(c)] (D) If the Attorney General or a qualified lawyer SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall Approved April 29, 1987. - 862 -
