(6)  a county, municipal corporation, of unit of a
county or municipal corporation.

(b) The Board of Public Works may exempt specific projects
of a unit of the State government from the provisions of this
subtitle.

ON AN ANNUAL BASIS, THE DEPARTMENT MAY INSPECT THE PHYSICAL
FACILITIES OF THE PUBLIC JUNIOR OR COMMUNITY COLLEGES AND THE
REGIONAL COMMUNITY COLLEGES IN THE STATE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.

AN ACT concerning

Pensions - State Police Retirement System - Supplemental

Survivor's Benefits

FOR the purpose of altering the method of calculating the
supplemental survivor's death benefits in the State Police
Retirement System so as to conform the calculation with the
federal Social Security Act calculations; and clarifying the
time the benefits are calculated and paid.
