AN ACT concerning

Department of General Services - Community College Inspections

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Department of General Services
to inspect certain community college facilities on an annual
basis.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

4-402.

(a) [This] EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN § 4-409 OF THIS SUBTITLE,
THIS subtitle does not apply to any public improvement made by:

(1)  the Department of Transportation or a unit in
that Department;

(2)  any housing authority created under Article 44A
of the Code;

(3)  the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning

Commission;

(4)  the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission;
