Article 33 - Election Code

2-3.

(a) Each member of the boards of the several political
subdivisions of the State shall receive an annual salary of not
less than the following amounts:

(10) Dorchester County: [$1,000] $2,000; and [$1,000
for] expenses AS AUTHORIZED BY THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS.

[2-4.1.

In Dorchester County, each member of the board shall be paid
the sum of $1,000 each year to cover his traveling and other
expenses of office.]

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1987.

AN ACT concerning

Municipalities - Special Taxing Districts for Ride Sharing

or Bus Systems

FOR the purpose of authorizing municipal corporations to create
within their respective corporate limits special taxing
districts for the purpose of financing certain aspects of
ride sharing or bus systems; and authorizing a combination
of ad valorem and impact fees for this purpose.
