"CONTROLLED ACCESS HIGHWAY" AS DEFINED IN § 8-101(E) OF THIS
ARTICLE FOR MORE THAN 12 24 HOURS.

A police department may take any abandoned vehicle into
custody. For this purpose, the police department may use its own
personnel, equipment, and facilities or use other persons,
equipment, and facilities for removing, preserving, and storing
abandoned vehicles.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.

Compensation

FOR the purpose of altering the salary of the Dorchester County
Board of Supervisors of Elections; providing that expenses
