transferred to any other purpose by
budget amendment or otherwise and shall
be contingent on enactment of the
legislation indicated:

(a) $102,743 for a sports promotion unit and
$412,853 for creating a Department of
Economic and Employment Development shall
be contingent on enactment of S.B. 699 or
H.B. 1175

(b) $808,452 for creating a Department of
Environment is contingent on enactment of
