121.

(b) (3) If any underage person wilfully represents that he
is of full age and obtains any spirituous liquors, and the person
selling the spirituous liquor is able to prove at the trial such
misrepresentation, and that due caution was used in ascertaining
the age of the underage person before giving the alcohol to the
underage person and that in the exercise of reasonable caution he
was deceived by the use of documentary evidence and that for this
reason he was unable to ascertain that the underage person was in
fact an underage person, then the person selling to the underage
person[,] shall be acquitted of the charge.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This deletes extraneous punctuation in
Article 2B, § 121(b)(3).

The extraneous punctuation, a comma, was contained in
Ch. 211 of the Acts of 1939.

The extraneous punctuation was noted by the Computer
Division of the Department of Legislative Reference.

Article 16 - Chancery

115.

If on the filing of a bill or petition under § 114, or at
any other period in the cause, it shall be made to appear to the
court, by affidavit, that an injunction is necessary to security
of the plaintiff, the court may issue such injunction, and may
appoint a receiver to take charge of the collections of the
defendant, and to perform the duty of the trustee mentioned in §
114, [till] UNTIL the further order of the court; and the court
may confer on him such powers, and pass such orders as may be
necessary to effect the objects of such injunction and
receivership.

117.

Sections 114 to 116 shall apply to executors and
administrators of any officer therein named, and to the executors
and administrators of the surety of any such officer; but if the
bill or petition is not filed [till] UNTIL six years after the
death of such sheriff, deputy sheriff or collector, or until six
years after the term of office has expired, then the trustee or
