(II) AN EXPLANATION FOR THE SUBSTITUTION.

(3) UPON RECEIPT OF THE AFFIDAVIT THE QUEEN ANNE'S
COUNTY BOARD OF LICENSE COMMISSIONERS SHALL:

(I)  AMEND ITS RECORDS; AND

(II)  ISSUE A NEW LICENSE IN CORRECTED FORM.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1987.
