By amending the following sections of the Montgomery
County Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 59 of the Montgomery
County Code:

Section 59-C-l.4                         "Density Control Development"

Subsection 59-C-l.41                 "Purpose and Description"

Subsection 59-C-l.44                 "Discontinuance"

Effective Date September 23, 1986.

AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for
the purpose of

adding definition for term "Village Newspaper"

adding Village Newspaper as a special exception use in
the R-200 Zone

establishing standards and requirements for Village
Newspapers as a special exception use

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County
Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Division 59-A-2 "Definitions and Interpretation"
Division 59-C-l.3 "Residential Zone, One-Family"
Section 59-C-l.31 "Land Uses"
Division 59-G-2 "Special Exceptions-Standards and

Requirements"
Section 59-G-2.36.1 "Newspaper, Village"

Effective Date September 23, 1986.
